The goal of Operation Underground Railroad, O.U.R., is to develop relationships with foreign governments and their law enforcement agencies responsible for combatting human trafficking and child sexual exploitation. O.U.R. operates in 28 countries, including the U.S.A. But, there’s a tendency to move onto the ‘next big crisis’ when issues are less immediate,” stated Dr. Samatha Nutt, founder of War Child Canada and War Child USA.
